• Prohibited Actions: No spamming, fraud, discrimination, or misuse of others' data.

• Termination: Bedana Lichu may suspend/terminate accounts violating terms.

• Service Professionals: Must provide truthful service listings; no fee evasion or misleading ads.

• Service Users: Must not solicit services without intent to pay.

• Content Rules: No illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material.

• For Professionals: Free to join; fees may apply for leads/premium services.

• For Users: Currently free, but Bedana Lichu reserves the right to introduce fees.

• Refunds: Non-refundable except under specific conditions (e.g., unviewed quotes).

• Harivanga owns all Website content (excluding user submissions).

• Users retain rights to their Submitted Content but grant Harivanga a license to display it.

• Between Users: Bedana Lichu is not liable for disputes; resolve issues directly.

• With Bedana Lichu : Disputes governed by Bangladesh law; arbitration encouraged.

• Bedana Lichu provides the Website "as is"—no warranties on service quality.

• Not liable for user interactions, third-party links, or damages from Website use.

• Bedana Lichu may modify terms anytime; continued use = acceptance.

• Can terminate access for violations without notice.

• Governing Law: Bangladesh.
